After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

This Court’s judgment in Carter v. State, 843 So.2d 807 (Ala.Crim.App. 2001), reversing Triona Carter’s convictions for intentional murder and manslaughter and remanding the case for a new trial, has been reversed by the Alabama Supreme Court in Carter v. State, 843 So.2d 812 (Ala. 2002). Pursuant to the Supreme Court’s opinion, we now affirm Carter’s convictions.

AFFIRMED.
