In accordance "with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion in Ex parte Dorsey, 881 So.2d 533 (Ala. 2003), we reverse Ethan Dorsey’s conviction for capital murder and remand this case for proceedings consistent with that opinion.
REVERSED AND REMANDED.
