WISE, Judge.

AFFIRMED BY UNPUBLISHED MEMORANDUM.

Concurring Opinion

SHAW, Judge,

concurring in the result.

Based on my review of the record and the briefs, it appears to me that the central issue in this case is whether Garrick Ricardo Nelson voluntarily consented to the search of his motel room. I believe there was evidence presented at the suppression hearing from which the trial court could have concluded that Nelson’s consent was voluntary. Therefore, I concur in the result.
