The prior judgment of this court has been reversed and the case remanded by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte Alfa Mut. Ins.

Co., [Ms. SC-2024-0736, Apr. 25, 2025] ___ So. 3d ___ (Ala. 2025). On remand to this court, and in compliance with the supreme court's opinion CL-2024-0010 in Ex parte Alfa Mutual Insurance Co., the decision of the Geneva Circuit Court is now affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
