The prior judgment of this court has been reversed, and the cause remanded, by the Supreme Court of Alabama. See Ex parte State of Alabama ex rel. Broussard, [Ms. SC-2024-0396, Aug. 29, 2025] ____ So. CL-2023-0412 3d ____ (Ala. 2025). On remand to this court, and in compliance with our supreme court's mandate, the judgment of the Madison Circuit Court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
