16) to which no objections have been filed. After due and proper consideration of the issues raised, the recommendation is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion for Entry of Judgment with Remand (Doc. 15) is GRANTED and this case is this case is REVERSED and REMANDED for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
Additionally, Plaintiff is a prevailing party for purposes of the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, Shalala v. Schaefer, 509 U.S. 292, 112 S. Ct. 2625, 125 L.Ed.2d 239 (1983).
A separate judgment shall be entered.
