GARDNER, J.

Appellant was convicted of murder in the second degree, and his punishment fixed at imprisonment for a period of 50 years. The appeal here is submitted upon the record, there being no bill of exceptions. The record is free from error, and the judgment of conviction is accordingly here affirmed. Affirmed.
