Petition of The Alabama State Tenure Commission, by the Attorney General for Certiorari to the Court of Civil Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of that Court in Alabama State Tenure Commission et al. v. Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County et al., 57 Ala.App. —, 332 So.2d 724.
