Affirmed on the authority of State v. Colley Corp., 295 Ala. 204, 326 So.2d 120 (1976); and Thornton v. City of Birmingham, 250 Ala. 651, 35 So.2d 545 (1948). See also State v. Burroughs, 285 Ala. 177, 230 So.2d 235 (1970); and 29A C.J.S. Eminent Domain § 273.
