PER CURIAM.

The Petition for Writ of Certiorari requests this Court to review a “No Opinion” affirmance by the Court of Criminal Appeals, Ala.App., 362 So.2d 654, with the judgment of conviction and sentence ordered by the trial court. Petitioner does not invoke Rule 39(k), ARAP. Thus, the writ is denied.

WRIT DENIED.
