Opinion

After remand by the Supreme Court of the United States, ___ U.S. ___, 99 S.Ct. 1986, 60 L.Ed.2d 370, CAUSE REMANDED to the Court of Civil Appeals for further consideration in the light of Orr v. Orr, 440 U.S. ___, 99 S.Ct. 1102, 59 L.Ed.2d 306.

All the Justices concur, except MADDOX and SHORES, JJ., not sitting.
