I concur in the result, solely because the United States Supreme Court has refused to review this Court’s judgment, - U.S. -, 101 S.Ct. 385, 66 L.Ed.2d 237. The constitutional issues in this case were actually decided in Alabama Dairy Commission v. Delview Meadow Gold, 345 So.2d 278 (Ala. 1977). See my dissent in Delview Meadow Gold v. Alabama Dairy Commission, 383 So.2d 511, 518 (Ala. 1980).
