BEATTY, Justice.

This petition [for certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals, Ala.Cr.App., 420 So.2d 860 den. reh. Ala.App. 418 So.2d 981] compels us to again remind the Bar that compliance with Rule 39, Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure, is necessary to permit us to consider petitions for certiorari.

WRIT DENIED.
