PER CURIAM.

Petition for writ of mandamus is denied. By denying Petitioner extraordinary relief by way of writ of mandamus, we are not to be understood as prejudicing Petitioner’s right to seek whatever other equitable relief, if any, to which Petitioner may be entitled by way of independent action.
