Opinion of the Court

EMBRY, Justice.

The order of the Court of Criminal Appeals, 434 So.2d 874, denying bail to petitioner Richard Maddox is hereby reversed and set aside and this case is remanded to that court for it to set bail for petitioner’s release from jail, on the authority of Ex parte Jones [Ms. 82-880, July 1, 1983] (Ala. 1983).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
