The facts in this case are almost identical to those considered by the Court in Harrelson v. Glisson, 424 So.2d 591 (Ala. 1982). Therefore, the judgment of the trial court *811is due to be, and it is hereby, affirmed on the authority of that decision.

AFFIRMED.
