On Rehearing ex mero motu

PER CURIAM.

On rehearing, this Court’s affirmance of June 22, 1984, is set aside. The judgment of the trial court is reversed and the case remanded to the trial court for the entry of a judgment consistent with this Court’s opinion of this date in the case of Blackwell v. Adams, 467 So.2d 680 (Ala. 1985).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
