Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Upon review of the record and briefs of counsel, we are of the opinion that this interlocutory appeal was improperly permitted. Accordingly, we dismiss this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying summary judgment, and we remand this cause for further proceedings.

DISMISSED.
