PER CURIAM.

Barnett Bank of Pensacola v. Marable, 385 So.2d 66 (Ala.Civ.App. 1980), is indistinguishable from this case. We adopt the Court of Civil Appeals’ holding in that case and affirm.

AFFIRMED.
