HOUSTON, Justice.

We should not be understood as agreeing with all the statements or the reasoning relating to the probable cause analysis in the Court of Criminal Appeals’ opinion, 517 So.2d 631; even so, we conclude that the writ is due to be denied.

WRIT DENIED.
