KENNEDY, Justice.

The judgment of the trial court is due to be affirmed on the authority of Dunning v. Reynolds, 570 So.2d 668 (Ala. 1990). See also Ex parte Baxley, 496 So.2d 688 (Ala. 1986); Ex parte Skidmore, 277 Ala. 221, 168 So.2d 483 (1964).

AFFIRMED.
