PER CURIAM.

The denial of a new trial is due to be affirmed, on the authority of Gold Kist, Inc. v. Brown, 495 So.2d 540 (Ala. 1986); Burroughs Corp. v. Hall Affiliates, Inc., 423 So.2d 1348 (Ala. 1982); Freeman v. Hall, 286 Ala. 161, 238 So.2d 330 (1970); Morris v. Zac Smith Stationery Co., 274 Ala. 467, 149 So.2d 810 (1963).

AFFIRMED.
