HORNSBY, Chief Justice.

The judgment of the trial court on God-win’s motion pursuant to Rule 60(b), A.R.Civ.P., is affirmed, on the authority of Wilson v. Cox, 589 So.2d 723 (Ala. 1991), this Court having found no abuse of discretion.

AFFIRMED.
