(dissenting).

I must respectfully dissent from this Court’s order denying this petition for the writ of certiorari. I would grant the writ in order for this Court to determine whether the defendant had sufficient contacts with this state to give the court personal jurisdiction, as Judge Yates stated in her dissenting opinion.
