COOK, Justice.

The writ of certiorari issued in this case is quashed as having been improvidently granted. In quashing this writ, we have not over*236looked Ex parte W.J., 622 So.2d 358 (Ala. 1993), which is distinguishable from this case. See also K.W. v. State ex reí S.G., 581 So.2d 855 (Ala.Civ.App. 1991); Ex parte State ex rel. McKinney, 567 So.2d 366 (Ala.Civ.App. 1990).

WRIT QUASHED.
