I respectfully dissent from the order quashing the -writ. I agree with the reasoning of Judge Monroe’s dissent. See Pace v. Colonial Penn Ins. Co., 690 So.2d 369 (Ala. Civ.App. 1996) (Monroe, J., dissenting).
