Albarran v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

WRIT QUASHED. NO OPINION.

Concurring in Part

MAIN, Justice

(concurring in part and dissenting in part).

On November 17, 2011, this Court granted the writ of certiorari as to issue 1 and issue 20 in Benito Ocampo Albarran’s petition. I concur in quashing the writ as to issue 20. However, because I would consider issue 1, I dissent from this Court’s order insofar as it quashed the writ as to that issue.
