Dissenting Opinion

MOORE, Chief Justice

(dissenting).

I would grant T.G.’s petition for a writ of certiorari in this termination-of-parental-rights case to determine whether there is “evidence of current conditions or conduct” relating to T.G.’s alleged “inability or unwillingness to care for his ... children.” D.O. v. Calhoun Cnty. Dep’t of Human Res., 859 So.2d 439, 444 (Ala.Civ.App. 2003). Therefore, I respectfully dissent.
