This was a suit brought against the Bank, by a holder of her' notes issued for circuí ation. The court below gave j udgment for the amount of the notes, with interest from the time of demand by suit. The only question presented is settled by the principle decided in Ringo vs. Biscoe et al., ante. The judgment is therefore affirmed.
