Morrissey recommending that the Court deny Petitioner Jeffrey Ronald Cassino’s Amended Petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. No objections to the R&R were filed. Upon review, the Court accepts the R&R. 21 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Michael T. Morrissey (Doc. 17) is ADOPTED.

23 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner’s Amended Petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 for a Writ of Habeas Corpus by a Person in State Custody (Doc. 7) is DENIED.
