17 On July 29, 2019, the court directed plaintiff to file a pretrial statement by October 1, 2019. Plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order. The court will therefore recommend that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within fourteen days after being served with these findings and recommendations, an party may file written objections with the court and serve a copy on all parties.
