17 On June 29, 2020, plaintiff was ordered to submit a certified copy of her jail trust account statement for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of plaintiff’s complaint.

19 Plaintiff was warned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed without prejudice. The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order.

22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district court judge to this case; and 24 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).

26 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
