28 U.S.C. § 2412(d) 6 7 Before the Court is the Stipulation of Plaintiff, Curtis Brown, for award of 8 attorney’s fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act,
28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). 9 10 Based on the pleadings as well as the position of the defendant commissioner, if 11 any, and recognizing the Plaintiff’s waiver of direct payment and assignment of 12 13 EAJA to his counsel, 14 15 16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that attorney fees and expenses in the amount of 17 Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28
18 U.S.C. § 2412(d) are awarded to Plaintiff. Astrue v. Ratliff,
