Six Unknown Named Agents of Fed. Bureau of Narcotics, 403 U.S. 388 (1971).

16 On March 11, 2021, the Court sent Plaintiff a regular civil in forma pauperis application, || directed Plaintiff to complete and submit the form or pay the $402.00 filing fee within thirty days.

18 || (ECF No. 4.) Plaintiff has failed to comply with the order and the time to so has now passed.

19 || Accordingly, within fourteen (14) days from the date of service of this order, Plaintiff shall show || cause why this action should not be dismissed. Failure to comply with this order will result in a || recommendation that the action be dismissed.
