18 Petitioner is a state prisoner, proceeding without counsel, with a petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For the reasons stated herein, the undersigned recommends that this action be dismissed.

21 On August 24, 2018, this action was stayed so that petitioner could exhaust his unexhausted claims. (ECF No. 17.) On April 6, 2020, the Honorable Morrison C. England’s Courtroom Deputy Clerk issued a minute order (at the direction of Judge England) ordering petitioner to file a status report not later than July 1, 2020. (ECF No. 18.) Petitioner did not file a status report. Accordingly, the undersigned recommends that this action be dismissed based on petitioner’s failure to file a status report, as directed by the April 6, 2020 minute order and failure to prosecute this case.
