PURSUANT TO THE EQUAL ACCESS TO JUSTICE ACT 13 COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, 14 Defendant. 15 16 After this case was remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further 17 consideration, the parties settled upon fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act in the 18 amount of $1,200. 19 Because the requests are reasonable and supported, the Joint Motion for the Award 20 and Payment of Equal Access to Justice Act Fees and Expenses is GRANTED in the 21 amount of $1,200 to be paid by the Social Security Administration. Pursuant to Astrue v. 22 Ratliff,
