Nos. 151, 5 || 158) previously granted by this Court (Dkt. No. 163), all claims 6 || against the City and all Defendants to this action are DISMISSED with 7 || prejudice and JUDGMENT IS ISSUED in favor of Defendants. 8 As agreed by Plaintiffs and the City in the Settlement Agreement and 9 || approved by this Court, this Court will retain jurisdiction over this action for a 10 || period of three years from the date of this order for the sole purpose of enforcing 11 || the terms of the Settlement Agreement (attached as Exhibit 1 to Dkt.
