13 On January 26, 2021, the Court held a hearing on the motion of Defendants American-Paragon
v 14 || Protective Services, LLC and American Eagle Protective Services Corp.’s (“Defendants”) to compel O 15 arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”),
9 U.S.C. §§ 1, et seg. Having reviewed 4 16 || and considered the parties’ submissions and the arguments at hearing, and for the reasons stated at the
17 hearing, the Court finds that the legal standards set forth in 1/4 Penn Plaza LLC v. Pyett,
556 U.S. 247,
Z 18 274 (2009) and Munger v. Cascade Steel Rolling Mills,
