, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall be awarded attorney fees in the amount of $6,500.00 (six-thousand five-hundred dollars and zero cents). Such award is made in full and 18 final satisfaction (upon payment) of any and all claims under the EAJA for fees, expenses, and costs. 19 20 Any fees paid belong to Plaintiff and not Plaintiffs attorney and can be offset to satisfy any 21 || pre-existing debt that the litigant owes the United States, Astrue v. Ratliff;
