, IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff shall be awarded attorney fees in the amount 18 of $3,300.00 (three-thousand three-hundred dollars and zero cents). Such award is made in full and 19 20 final satisfaction (upon payment) of any and all claims under the EAJA for fees, expenses, and costs. 21 Any fees paid belong to Plaintiff and not Plaintiff’s attorney and can be offset to satisfy any 22 pre-existing debt that the litigant owes the United States, Astrue v. Ratliff,
