17 By order filed March 22, 2022, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed and thirty days leave to file an amended complaint was granted. On April 22, 2022, plaintiff was granted an additional ninety days in which to file an amended complaint. Ninety days from that date have now expired, and plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s order.1 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk shall assign a district judge to this action.

23 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
