17 18 On September 7, 2022, the parties filed a joint stipulation dismissing the action with 19 prejudice (erroneously docketed as a motion to dismiss). (Doc. 17.) In light of the parties’ 20 stipulation, this action has been terminated, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii); Wilson v. City of 21 San Jose,

(9th Cir. 1997), and has been dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly, 22 the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. 23
