17 By order filed April 6, 2023, plaintiff’s complaint was dismissed with leave to amend.
18 Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint and the time for doing so has expired. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b).
