17 On June 23, 2023, plaintiff was ordered to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit and a certified copy of his prison trust account statement, and he was cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. ECF No. 4. On July 5, 2023, the court’s order was returned to the court as undeliverable.
21 Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the order was returned, plaintiff was properly served. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court apprised of his current address at all times. Pursuant to Local Rule 182(f), service of documents at the record address of the party is fully effective.
25 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is directed to assign a District Judge to this case.
