18 On February 17, 2023, the Court issued the operative Scheduling Order. (Doc. 20). On August 21, 2023, the Court issued an order approving the parties’ stipulated amendments to the scheduling order. (Doc. 30). On October 16, 2023, the parties filed a second stipulation to extend the discovery deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Order. (Doc. 31). The stipulation is timely filed pursuant to Local Rule 144(d) and the parties’ representations therein satisfy the requirements under Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(b)(4) to show good cause and diligence. See Johnson v. Mammoth Recreations, Inc., 975 F.2d 604, 609 (9th Cir. 1992).
