(9th Cir. 2000). This action was initiated in the Sacramento Division of the 17 United States District Court for the Eastern District of California on August 5, 2024. (ECF No. 18 1.) The action was transferred to the Fresno Division on August 12, 2024. (ECF No. 4.) 19 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, 20 filed August 5, 2024. (ECF No. 2.) Examination of these documents reveals that Plaintiff is 21 unable to afford the costs of this action. Accordingly, the motion to proceed in forma pauperis, 22 (ECF No. 2), is HEREBY GRANTED. 23 IT IS SO ORDERED. 24
