The Court GRANT Defendants Daybreak Metro Inc. and James Glenn McNeil’s 5 Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 10) without leave to amend; 6 3. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiffs claims against Patrick K. Willis Co. Inc., 7 Patrick K. Willis, and American Recovery Service Inc without leave to amend; 8 and 9 4.
