By order filed October 4, 2024, the court 18 revoked plaintiff’s in forma pauperis status and ordered plaintiff to pay the $405.00 filing fee 19 within 30 days. The time granted has expired and plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or otherwise 20 communicated with the court. Because plaintiff has failed to pay the filing fee as ordered by the 21 court, this action should be dismissed without prejudice. 22 For the reasons set forth above, it is RECOMMENDED as follows: 23 1. This action be dismissed for plaintiff’s failure to pay the filing fee. 24 2.
