(ECF No. 7.) Plaintiff was granted until November 13, 14 2024, to file an amended complaint, and warned that if he did not do so the case would be 3 15 dismissed. He has not filed an amended complaint, requested an extension of time, or shown a 16 || cause why not.! This case is accordingly DISMISSED with prejudice. See WMX Technologies v. 3 17 Miller,
