Plaintiff was 20 cautioned that failure to do so would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. 21 The thirty-day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order or filed 22 the required documents. 23 In accordance with the above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is 24 directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 25 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that the motion to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF 26 No. 2) be denied as incomplete and this action be dismissed without prejudice. 27 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge 28 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of
